Welcome to La Mère, a brand new Musical Cabaret celebrating the sea and motherhood! Following the success of Mother's Ruin, Jenni Winter is Back and she needs YOU (well who ever heard of an audience sing a long with no audience?) Unfortunately our Arts Council Funding bid wasn't accepted but we promise this show will be as joyful as Mother's Ruin (which was supported by Arts Council England) If you are able to, please donate to the ko-fi fund and support this local artist and theatre maker in bringing a new show full of joy, music and audience participation to the people of Whitley Bay!, and in return know that you have supported a local artist AND see your name in the theatre programme so everyone will know (well, be reminded) just how fabulous you are! 28-30 April, Laurels Whitley Bay THANK YOU xx

Hi everyone thanks for visiting my page! As a locked down musician, drama teacher and theatre maker I began making weekly live streamed cabarets for everyone. I now make live cabaret shows and everyone is welcome in the audience! Sadly I didn't receive Arts Council Funding for this show (unlike with Mother's Ruin) so we are asking if anyone would like to support La Mère, as a thank you you will see your name in our programme and everyone will know (well, be reminded) of just how fabulous you are!
