For the first time in ten years, I am working in a good job. So I don't need Ko-fi for my basic living expenses. But I do additional work outside of my paid work -- right now I am focusing on lifting up my community and engaging with people on various issues -- and I am learning to acknowledge that it is real work. Ko-fi funds will go to: my self-care mechanisms, because I do need recharge my energy, and I will donate the remainder to other people and organisations doing work for marginalised communities.
