I'm a mental health blogger, podcaster and indie author. I have been writing since 2007, published two books to help those who feel 'not good enough' in life and have been podcasting for over a year now as a mental health and wellness podcaster. I was the producer of Peace Within Radio, a mental health and music radio station which ended due to lack of funding. My passion is to support people in finding balance in an often chaotic world.
