My aunt and uncle that cared for me are in their 60s-70s living in a house that floods frequently, recently got broken into, had a tire burst, has a termite problem, and a slew of other issues. That's hard to do as a senior, and I want to help them by at least paying that back so all she needs to pay for is the interest :)
